Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period

Charter Bookings: • Cancellation more than 60 days before the charter start date: 50% of the deposit is refundable. • Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before: 25% of the total charter fee is refundable. • Cancellation less than 30 days before the charter start date: No refund is available. Yacht Sales: For yacht purchase transactions, cancellation terms are governed by the specific Sale and Purchase Agreement signed between the parties. Deposit terms and cancellation penalties vary by transaction and are detailed in the individual agreement.

Refund Terms

Where a refund is applicable under this policy, it will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation being confirmed in writing. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the booking. All refunds are subject to the deduction of any non-recoverable costs that may have been incurred on your behalf, such as third-party bookings, preparation costs, or administrative fees. Any applicable bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the client.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances: • APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) once provisions have been ordered or consumed • Port fees and berthing costs that have been incurred • Crew costs and preparations that have been committed • Third-party bookings made on the client's behalf that cannot be cancelled • Any costs incurred due to client-requested changes to the charter Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation due to extraordinary circumstances beyond either party's control (force majeure), a credit note valid for 24 months from the date of cancellation may be offered in lieu of a cash refund, at my discretion.
