This Yacht Rental Agreement outlines the standard terms and conditions that apply to all yacht charter arrangements facilitated by Muhammad Tayyab. A formal charter agreement specific to your booking will be provided prior to confirming any charter.
Charter Terms
All yacht charters arranged through Muhammad Tayyab are subject to the following standard terms: • The charter begins and ends at the agreed-upon port/marina as specified in your charter agreement • The charterer is responsible for the safe and proper use of the vessel during the charter period • The vessel must be returned in the same condition as when it was received, normal wear and tear excepted • The charterer is responsible for the behavior of all guests aboard the vessel • The maximum number of guests must not exceed the vessel's certified capacity • All activities aboard must comply with applicable maritime laws and regulations • The captain's authority on matters of safety and seamanship is absolute and final Additional charter-specific terms will be provided in the individual charter agreement for each booking.
Payment Terms
Standard payment schedule for yacht charters: • 50% deposit due upon booking confirmation to secure the charter • Remaining 50% balance due 30 days prior to the charter start date • APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) of 25-35% of charter fee due with final payment, to cover fuel, provisions, and running expenses • Security deposit (amount varies by vessel) required before boarding and returned after inspection upon charter completion For charters booked less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at time of booking. All payments are to be made in the currency specified in the charter agreement.
Cancellation
Cancellation of a yacht charter is subject to the following terms: • More than 60 days before charter: 50% of deposit is returned • 30-60 days before charter: 25% of total charter fee is returned • Less than 30 days before charter: No refund is available In the event of vessel mechanical failure or circumstances that prevent the charter from proceeding due to reasons attributable to the vessel owner or operator, a full refund or comparable replacement vessel will be arranged where possible. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to be valid. Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
