Listing Accuracy

All yacht listings featured on this website are based on information provided by yacht owners, sellers, or their representatives. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and completeness of listing information, including specifications, pricing, and condition details, Muhammad Tayyab cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of all information. Yacht specifications, age, condition, and prices are subject to change. All details should be verified through a formal survey conducted by a qualified marine surveyor prior to completing any purchase. I recommend all buyers conduct thorough due diligence.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence on any vessel they wish to purchase. This includes but is not limited to: • Commissioning an independent marine survey by a certified surveyor • Verifying the vessel's registration, title, and ownership documentation • Confirming there are no outstanding liens, mortgages, or legal encumbrances on the vessel • Reviewing all service records, maintenance logs, and equipment inventories • Arranging sea trials to assess performance and condition • Obtaining independent legal advice for the purchase agreement I am available to assist in coordinating these processes and can recommend qualified professionals in my network.

Brokerage Terms

Muhammad Tayyab acts as a broker or sales consultant and is not the owner of any vessels listed unless explicitly stated. My role is to facilitate the transaction between buyer and seller. Brokerage commission terms will be agreed upon in writing prior to beginning any work. Standard industry commission rates apply unless otherwise negotiated. Commission is typically payable by the seller upon successful completion of the sale. All transactions will be documented with appropriate sale and purchase agreements, and I work to ensure that all parties are fully protected throughout the transaction process.
